I paid £25 for what is described on the…
I paid £25 for what is described on the Bognor.com website as Express delivery by DHL.
Potential customers need to know DHL are providing an Express delivery service but that doesn’t mean you will get your stuff in a timely manner . Bogner.com are very lax in their attuite to customer service , they hold the orders for reasons not divulged to me for 5 days or more . My order came two days after the recipient of the Bognor.com gift had left for Austria.
Bognor.com usually reply to UK orders in the German language . Maybe they were explaining the delay.. maybe not … I don’t know I converse only in English .
I am appalled that after I enquired if my order had been dispatched and I did explain it was required by Friday 20th January when I placed the order. A “no reply’ ‘message in German was sent , I doubt very much if the message was enlightening me. I did receive an email,explaining that due to the high volume of enquiries they were experiencing they were unable to process my email in a timely manner ! How extraordinary when they had to have read my email in order to prompt this response . It’s just an extremely badly run company it would appear . I asked for a refund of £25 Express delivery charge and was told in writing it is NOT Express delivery it’s standard and I couldn’t have a refund .
So they are deliberately misleading the costumers and thereby increasing complaints they don’t have time to deal with by their own admission again in writing to me .
The stress and disappointment caused by dealing with Bognor.com is just not worth it so I will vote with my feet and NEVER buy from Bognor again , I advise you to do the same . But remember this important piece of advise ‘BOGNOR.COM DO NOT DO EXPRESS DELIVERY . The words Express delivery on their website means STANDARD delivery , you will get your delivery eventually so don’t waste your time and energy asking when that may be.
No blame attached to DHL here .

The worst customer service and…
The worst customer service ever!! I regret buying from Bogner... Avoid them at all costs.
I placed an order on the 5th of Jan, 2023 worth a couple of thousand pounds (a big order). I'm travelling on the 21st, and my order has still not been dispatched!!! I called 18 times, and 99% of the time, the customer service advisor who picked up the phone did not speak English, and all they say is, "write an email". I wrote and emailed a couple of days ago, and I haven't heard anything back. I called 4 times this morning again, and after the fourth try, someone spoke little English she said I will send an email in one hour, and obviously, I did not hear anything. Basically, I have been buying my ski gear from great different brands over the years, and this year I decided I wanted to try Bogner, but this is my first and last time ever. I will call to cancel my order and get a refund. DO NOT BYE FROM THEM... PERIOD

Rude and discriminatory practices
My family has worn and appreciated Bogner gear historically, but an experience yesterday has colored our opinion such that we will never purchase this brand again. My friends and I entered a Bogner store in Zermatt yesterday eager to browse the selection hoping that the european location would have the newer styles that might not have reached Canada yet. As working professionals, we appreciate spending money on stylish and quality fashion. However, upon entering the store, we were treated with such rude, condescending and diminutive attitude that we could not bear to stay in the store. The male sales employee at this Zermatt location looked us over, and told us: “watch with eyes only”. This being in a fashion store where clothing is hung on racks. There is no other way to browse properly without at some point touching the products.
On looking up reviews on google, I noted that my group of friends were not the only ones to receive such rude, discriminatory and dismissive comments and behaviour from the employees at this Zermatt location, especially this male employee. There was a long history of people complaining about similar experiences. Since Bogner headquarters is ok with staff such as these and have taken no action given the history of the google reviews at this store, their opinions must represent Bogner the brand as a whole.
Bogner will no longer be a brand that my friends and family buy. There are many other skiwear brands that fill this luxury niche.

I’m highly disappointed with my…
I’m highly disappointed with my experience. I had a good image of the brand because it always appeared to be good quality and very exclusive and I decided to shop at the Bogner store in Düsseldorf. I bought blue casual pants and after I wore them the first time, they began to break between the legs and back pockets. Now every time I wear them they have a new hole in them. The quality is unbelievably bad.
I would NEVER recommend buying at this store. And probably never friends, family, and myself will never buy there again.

For her birthday, I ordered my mother two jackets to choose from. So I had to use the return option for one (reluctantly). Outstanding quality was what I expected from Bogner but the service was great too. Lightning fast delivery, good communication, easy returns and quick refund process. Very happy with the brand!

I bought 2 jackets (white and blue) and both of them are kept well but inside tags that are from white rubber melted and ruined my jackets. It is a lot lot of money for such a cheep tags that made my jackets unusable.

Unreliable shoe size information and untrained customer service
I love this brand and have purchased numerous products both in Europe and here in the US: ski jackets, hoodies, sweaters, shorts, pants, and 3 pairs of sneakers.
Issue #1. I tried to purchase a pair of winter boots recently from the US website. The "available sizes" menu showed a mix of European sizes (43, 44, etc) and US sizes (10, 11) in the SAME menu. The Size Chart link was not helpful at all as for some reason it only showed Women sizes even though the product was listed in the Mens section. I called Customer Service and they had no idea what to advise other than to order two different sizes and return the ones that don't work. The Customer Service Rep did not understand the concept of size format of 43, 44 in Europe - she thought this only referred to women sizes?! In other words, there was no guidance such as foot length etc that can be used to determine size. An easy fix that can save the company money in shipping products back and forth to customers.
Issue #2: I ordered size 11, received an email confirmation of that, just to discover that the size shipped was size 9. The Customer Service rep had no idea how that happened. Clearly there is mismatch between the website and its order fulfillment center.
As a fan of the brand, I am truly hoping that if they are serious about selling in the US market they will address their website issues and customer service to win new customers and prevent frustration from existing brand loyalists.

Bought a few tops but the black has ran into to white under the armpit . Only had it on for a few hours shopping . Hope my others don't do the same when I wear them

Highly Disappointing Experience
This company used to be good. Their products remained partially good. However, the service and especially the used methods to trick out clients with "sales" benefits became over the past years miserable. You would never expect this from a "prestigious" company, but be prepared to experience the worst. In addition they are incredible slow in sending the in advance paid products, management does not react and simply disregards complains, and on the very high prices they still add shipping and handling costs, which you would never expect on this high-price market segment. However, it expresses their attitude on service and client appreciation. Altogether, if we add the service and the business conduct to the price/value ratio the outcome is very poor.
They ship from Germany in order to save storage costs in different countries, however, in high-price markets, you would pay the price as it would be sent locally. Also, you need to pay the international shipment (on top of the price of your order) and delivery time (they promise 12 working days, but I experienced also longer) is about 6 times longer than other comparable shops.
With regards to the question "Is Bogner a trustworthy company", our personal experience showed a clear no.

Bought a pair of ladies ski pants. They ripped on the butt after wearing twice on green slopes. Bogner fixed with a big patch on the butt. Pants were almost $700 on sale! Bogner refused to refund money and refused to give us a new pair of pants. North Face lasted longer!

Bogner...... bad Zippers. Bad customer service.
Zipper tabs broke off. THREE OF THEM. Men’s jacket.
Contacted Bogner through their website. NO REPLY? NO CUSTOMER SERVICE? NO MAKING IT RIGHT. We would be happy with replacement zipper tabs. Apparently Bogner doesn’t care.
We try a couple more times, then share our experience with members of our Ski Club. Bogner was a family favorite. Now their popularity is plummeting, and apparently no one at Bogner cares. What a shame. A world class product with 3rd world quality.
Poor customer service
I have been a loyal customer of Bogner for three years. I love their ski gear in general. I bought two hooded sweaters from them, and shortly after my purchase, the zipper broke. I email them twice until I got a response asking for photos of the defect. I sent them the images, and they never contacted me back. I have written to them twice now, and they don't answer. Business goes where it is needed and stays where it is appreciated. Very disappointing.
faulty zipper upon delivery?!
Ordering and delivery went smooth but if you buy a 1500€ Ski jacket then you do not want to receive one with a faulty zipper! You would expect from a German top brand proper quality control.

Ordered a jacket from here and never arrived. After many calls to Germany and courier company and no help from bogner to track my missing parcel, the person I’d been emailing from one of the Germany stores called Cristina who was very rude and treated me as though I was a pest!, I rang the store to speak with her to notify her that the courier company had admitted fault and were willing to refund all bogner had to do was call to claim it.., weeks later still nothing from bogner, had to claim my money back through Paypal, then had an email from ‘Cristina’ to notify me they had received compensation for the lost parcel and as I had received my refunds through Paypal it was now resolved, so basically they made a profit from my inconvenience! No offer of reimbursing my call costs or my many hours chasing my parcel with calls to the courier service etc in fact it was more of a sod you we’ve got a refund now sod off, bad company beware!!!!
